Peter Simm’s Exceptional Resolutions of Matters Before Tribunals

Peter A. Simm has achieved exceptional results in resolving his clients’ professional discipline matters before tribunals.

In Houghton,  after Simm successfully negotiated an Agreed Statement of Facts and Joint Submission on Disposition, the Discipline Committee of the Association of Ontario Land Surveys voted unanimously to dismiss all charges. Remarkably, this outcome entailed no admission of any wrongdoing, and did not require Simm’s client to bear any penalty, nor have any conditions on his license.

In Schickedanz,  Simm successfully negotiated an Agreed Statement of Facts and Joint Submission on Disposition. Notably, this contained no admission of violating any rule or other wrongdoing, and did not require Simm’s client to pay a fine nor undergo any actual period of license suspension. The Ontario Racing Commission Panel unanimously ratified this in a formal Ruling.
