Although the front page of The Toronto Sun  on May 25, 1999 doesn't mention Peter Simm by name, it's all about something he accomplished as a lawyer : convincing Toronto City Council to create the official clothing-optional zone at Hanlan's Point Beach. (Simm also organized the media-savvy opening ceremony, complete with Geoffrey Pimblett as Queen Victoria.)
